Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) एक Maharatna PSU है। FY 2024–25 में SAIL का turnover ₹1 लाख करोड़ से अधिक रहा। SAIL ने frontline technical roles के लिए 124 Management Trainee (Technical) की भर्ती निकाली है। यह भर्ती इंजीनियरिंग सेक्टर के fresh और experience candidates दोनों के लिए उत्कृष्ट अवसर है।

Eligibility
- Age limit: Maximum 28 years as on 05.12.2025 (born on/after 05.12.1997).
- Relaxation: SC/ST 5 yrs, OBC 3 yrs, PwBD & departmental candidates अलग relaxations के लिए eligible।
- Qualification: Engineering Degree in relevant discipline with 65% aggregate. SC/ST/PwBD/Departmental – minimum 55% acceptable.
- Only full-time regular degrees from UGC/AICTE approved institutes मान्य होंगे।
Medical Standards
- Minimum Height: 155 cm (female में relaxation)
- Minimum Weight: 45 kg
- Vision: Myopia/Hypermetropia ±4.00 max; no colour blindness
- Only OA/OL/OAL & Dwarfism PwBD categories eligible (40%+)
Exam Pattern & Syllabus (Brief)
CBT कुल 200 marks का होगा, दो भागों में विभाजित:
- Domain Knowledge Test — 100 marks, 40 minutes (Branch-specific technical questions)
- Aptitude Test — 100 marks, 80 minutes (Quantitative Aptitude, English, Reasoning, General Awareness — 25 marks each)
Qualifying Percentile: UR/EWS — 50 percentile; SC/ST/OBC/PwBD — 40 percentile (category-wise)
