Salary Structure (Pay Level)
DRDO mein salary ke alawa allowances (DA, HRA, Medical) bhi milte hain jo is job ko aur bhi attractive banate hain.
- Senior Technical Assistant-B (STA-B):
- Pay Level: Level-6 (7th CPC)
- Pay Matrix: ₹ 35,400 - ₹ 1,12,400

- Technician-A (Tech-A):
- Pay Level: Level-2 (7th CPC)
- Pay Matrix: ₹ 19,900 - ₹ 63,200

Eligibility Criteria (Qualification & Age)

1. Age Limit (as on crucial date)
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 28 Years
- Relaxation: OBC (NCL) ke liye 3 saal aur SC/ST ke liye 5 saal ki chhoot milegi (As per Govt Rules).
